The BaraGnouma pentatonic balafon

Based on the experience we have acquired over the past 25 years of activity,
we have created this style of balafon which combines all the advantages of the styles we have offered up to now :

- For the frame we have chosen iroko, which is a rot-proof but light red wood.
- The slats are attached directly to the frame to ensure better stability and durability.
- The calabashes are naturally treated for several weeks in order to be perfectly hollowed out.

Made of already dried wood, the keys have been smoked for a long time in the oven in order to give the best vibration.
The result is an instrument of exceptional quality that will satisfy the most demanding musicians.
