With a shape inspired by the Ivory Coast, this djembe has been carved from flawless linke wood. 
Its deep body gives it a particularly powerful sound.
Its intermediate diameter is the ideal compromise to obtain dry claps and warm tones.

A note about the woods used for our djembes;
Due to the semi-arid climate, the wood from the Sahel region of Bobo-Dioulasso 
has the particularity of being particularly dense and hard.
The djembes are more difficult to carve, but the result is an exceptional instrument.
